31st January – Due to the imminent weather forecast for snow this afternoon, we are planning to close at 4.30pm today. Please may we ask that day girls in the Prep School are collected by 4.30pm and The Orchard children by 3.30pm. If you would like to collect your child/children earlier than this you are very welcome to do so. If you are unable to get to school earlier than planned we will of course look after the children until you can get here.
With regards to tomorrow, we will let you know before 9.00am in the morning the arrangements for both the day girls and The Orchard. At the moment we are unsure how severe the weather conditions will be but please don’t take any unnecessary risks and only come into school if you feel it is safe to do so.
